Team Management
Collaborate with your team on status page management.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, can delete organization |
| Admin | Manage team, monitors, incidents, settings |
| Member | View and manage monitors, incidents; no team access |
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter email address
- Select role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Team page.
Managing Members
Change Role
- Find the member in Settings → Team
- Click the role dropdown
- Select new role
Remove Member
- Find the member in Settings → Team
- Click the Ă— button
- Confirm removal
Removed members lose access immediately but can be re-invited later.
Organization Settings
Admins can configure:

| Logo | Organization logo for branding |
| Custom Domain | status.yourcompany.com (Pro plan) |
API Keys
Team members with Admin role can create API keys:
- Go to Settings → API Keys
- Click Create Key
- Name the key (e.g., "CI/CD", "Terraform")
- Copy the key immediately
API keys are:
- Visible only once (hashed in database)
- Tied to the organization, not the user
- Can be revoked anytime
Audit Log (Coming Soon)
Track all team actions:
- Monitor created/updated/deleted
- Incident created/updated
- Team member added/removed
- Settings changed
SSO (Enterprise)
Enterprise plans support SSO via:
- SAML 2.0
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Okta
