Team Management

Collaborate with your team on status page management.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access, billing, can delete organization
AdminManage team, monitors, incidents, settings
MemberView and manage monitors, incidents; no team access

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization.

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Team page.

Managing Members

Change Role

  1. Find the member in Settings → Team
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select new role

Remove Member

  1. Find the member in Settings → Team
  2. Click the Ă— button
  3. Confirm removal

Removed members lose access immediately but can be re-invited later.

Organization Settings

Admins can configure:

API Keys

Team members with Admin role can create API keys:

  1. Go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Click Create Key
  3. Name the key (e.g., "CI/CD", "Terraform")
  4. Copy the key immediately

API keys are:

  • Visible only once (hashed in database)
  • Tied to the organization, not the user
  • Can be revoked anytime

Audit Log (Coming Soon)

Track all team actions:

  • Monitor created/updated/deleted
  • Incident created/updated
  • Team member added/removed
  • Settings changed

SSO (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans support SSO via:

  • SAML 2.0
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Okta
